Requirement is to create a design system for a new application. Customers should be able customize and integrate the application as required by their internal development teams.

Define the high-level application architecture for the new application.

Start to document architecture and design system on internal Wiki.

Conduct user interviews, review data from previously conducted surveys, as well as sources such as Google Analytics.

Create user personas to understand end-user pain points and better serve their needs.

Findings: The typical end-users of the application will be warehouse works, truck drivers, and store managers.

Create sketches for initial UIs and include ideas for key components. 

Document any component updates on internal Wiki and ensure list of components is maintained properly.

Create wireframes after discussions with developers, project managers, and leadership.

Establish guidelines for components and continue to expand the component library (Icons, Branding, Styles). 

Create working prototype utilizing previously created components. Development starts with 3 week sprints.  

Share all assets with internal team at Enterprise Solutions and ensure design documentation is understood by team members. 

Define test cases and identify user testing groups to manage testing phase of the development process.

Guide leadership and development team to plan a successful launch. Demo final prototype to stakeholders after user testing is completed.
